Enable 2-Step Verification

1.      Sign in to your Yahoo email account.
2.      When you reach the mailbox, look for your name or picture at the top right corner and take the mouse over it.
3.      In the screen that pop-up, click on ‘Account Info.’
4.      You will see the account info page, select ‘Account Security’ option from the left side menu. It will take you to the log in page again and ask you to enter the password. Do it. (This is just a security measure to protect account settings.)

7.      When you get the verification code, enter it (if you don’t receive it, click ‘resend code.’) Click on ‘Verify’ and you will receive a success message.
8.      If you use apps like Outlook and iOS mail through Yahoo, you need to create a set-and-forget password. If not, skip it.
